Returns and Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

We don't really have a return policy, as much as a, we want you to be happy policy. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with all or part of your order, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable however, and would be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that items that have been customised or special ordered are not returnable unless damaged or faulty. 

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us quoting your order number and list of the items you'd like to return. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

If possible, please return in the original packaging and use a tracked shipping service when returning goods to us – they remain your responsibility until they arrive safely back in store. We won't be able to provide a refund if we don't receive the items, or they're in an unsellable condition. 

It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping and any import associated fees including VAT if sending from overseas.
